The Challenge: One of the country’s largest life insurance companies decided to introduce a new flexible benefits plan for its employees. A major communications program was needed to instruct staff on the details of the program, including a new enrolment procedure, as well as to gain the support of many skeptical employees.

The EFK Solution: EFK worked closely with senior representatives of Human Resources to develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan that ran over six months -- from initial announcement through to training, enrolment, and follow-up surveying and measuring. The program included special newsletters and information sessions, and an enrolment kit was created which included both a guidebook and an instructional video. Client feedback was overwhelmingly positive with great appreciation for EFK’s meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet extremely tough deadlines.
